That is why our recruitment, induction, training and development are rigorous.

Through our continuous training and development, our Caregivers are supported to uphold our values and principles of delivering a person centred and holistic care service, to give respect and dignity at all times, to collaboration with other providers identified in the care plan,  to serve with integrity whilst being able to listen and learn from the experience.

We deliver the mandatory Care Certificate training to individuals who are new to Health and Social care as well as support in-house training and development for existing staff.

We ensure that all of our caregivers are equipped with the right skills, knowledge and experience prior to any lone care commitments with our service users. They go through the mandatory care certificate training if new to health and social care and have access to annual refresher trainings to keep pace with any legislative and regulatory changes including policies and procedures that affect their work.

While in service, ourcaregivers continue to receive training and development support as part of our personal and professional development programme.
