What to expect from us.

Handle your home care enquiry with the urgency it requires

  • Our Care Coordinator will visit you to carry out a comprehensive assessment of your circumstances, needs, preferences and wishes.
  • Following your initial assessment, provide and explain to you a no obligation estimated cost for your proposed care package.
  • Listen and respect your input and that of your family and representatives in the care planning process so that it reflects your needs, wishes and preferences
  • Make available any information we believe can help you to make a well informed decision about your care.
  • We will assess any risks surrounding the provision of care to you and plan with you how best to mitigate or eliminate them altogether.
  • Regularly review your service provision including your care plan and risk assessment to make sure they continuously adapt and reflect any changes in your welfare and well being.
  • Where there are gaps in the support you require, we will work with you to identify other suitable health and social care providers
  • We will assign and dedicate a trained and vetted carer to implement your care plan.
  • Our Care Coordinator or Registered Manager will regularly visit you to ensure all is going well.
  • Make sure that you are able to complain, compliment or comment on our service and your issues handled promptly
  • Regularly seek to hear your views about our service
  • Provide a Service User handbook
  • You can contact us at anytime, 24 hours a day, all year through 365 days for peace of mind.
